To be of sound body, mind and spirit is priceless.  It is powerful.  It is as picturesque as the rising of the sun and equally taken for granted. Health is foundational to everything.  When it is lacking, dulled or fragmented (as some are limited in experiencing) vitality drains from our everything, unless remedies to the impermanent and compensations for the permanent are actively sought.

The quest for health chisels character with the thought and effort required, the perseverance and self-discipline, the adjustment of values and priorities. Vitality seeps back into our beings with this pursuit, whether from improved physicality, mentality or spirituality.  Vitality infused with purpose becomes an enthusiastic force, contagious and inspiring, thus any form of good health (body, mind or spirit) can be a masterful tool in any endeavor.

Homeschooling opens more comprehensive opportunities for health to enhance education, not just to be one of the minor subjects of study.  A mind is subject to the physical state of the entire body, and learning is dependent upon more factors than just presentation of information.  Learning is, after all, a physical activity, sculpting the topography of the brain.

Health is a basic school supply.   Using It can be like experimenting with a new chemistry set. Find formulas and tweak proportions to catalyze an internal atmosphere poised to seize the day.

We humans are a wonder of complexity and uniqueness.  In the quiet listening to and contemplation of one’s condition, one’s energy, and one’s patterns, subtle indicators can be discerned and heeded.  Learn oneself, test oneself, know oneself in order to more creatively and solidly reach out.
